Before becoming a CEO, Heather spent almost a decade at the NFL paving the vision for their social media on different platforms. She ran the fantasy football social brand, helped manage a team of social media producers, produced TV and digital programming along with creating and overseeing the social strategy and content execution for NFL Media talent / influencers.

Christian "CJ" Dear is the Co-Founder & CEO of PinkDear LLC. As a digital content producer and social media expert, he uses his diverse media and analytics experience to create and execute social media strategies that enhance clients’ social presence.
Through Christian’s production experiences at NFL Films, NFL Media and Fox Sports, he’s been fortunate enough to develop and execute strategic social media plans for top network talent and shows; manage and exponentially grow network related social media accounts; and produce high performing original content for network talent, shows and social accounts.
